Clement Baba Finance & Outreach Clement Baba is a Computer Science and Business Administration student at Northeastern University with growing experience in finance, private equity, and investment analytics. He currently serves as a Junior Analyst at the Nexus Investment Fund, conducting research and portfolio analysis on high-potential market opportunities. Clement has previously interned at Project Destined, YOLO Companies, and the Architect of the Capitol, where he developed skills in financial modeling, underwriting, and capital markets research. As a member of the TAMID Group at Northeastern, he works on investment strategy and consulting engagements for emerging businesses. Clement’s work reflects a strong analytical mindset and a passion for technology-driven finance.

Terrell Osei-kyei Board Terrell Osei-Kyei is a senior at The College of New Jersey pursuing a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a minor in Environmental Studies. His academic and professional interests center on sustainable infrastructure, hydrologic design, and environmental stewardship. As President of the Humanitarian Engineering Club, Terrell leads initiatives that connect engineering innovation with community development. He has served as a Resident Assistant, tutor, and active member of Theta Tau, Delta Tau Delta, and the American Society of Civil Engineers. His technical experience includes stormwater research under the Dean of Engineering, a sustainability fellowship with the PSEG Institute for Sustainability Studies, and an environmental engineering internship with Remington & Vernick Engineers. Terrell is committed to designing resilient, sustainable systems that positively impact communities.

Hagop Alajajian Finance & Outreach Hagop Alajajian is an Engineering student at Princeton University passionate about artificial intelligence, automation, and venture technology. His work explores the role of emerging technologies in advancing education and innovation. Hagop has served as an Automation Engineer and Data Analyst Intern with the Foundation for Armenian Science and Technology, where he contributed to a national AI education initiative with Armenia’s Ministry of Education. He has also interned at Union Atlantic Ventures, supporting venture capital research, and at LowTech AI, focusing on applied machine learning and data systems. At Princeton, he was in the Entrepreneurship Club, the Energy Association, and the Armenian Society. Hagop brings a global, forward-looking perspective to the intersection of technology and social advancement.

Serwaa Barwuah Tech Lead Serwaa Barwuah is the Technology Lead at Afrovest, where she oversees the development and implementation of digital tools that enhance the organization’s global outreach and operational efficiency. She focuses on using technology to drive accessibility, innovation, and sustainable growth across the non-profit’s initiatives. Outside of her work with Afrovest, Serwaa has led and contributed to several youth-led projects centered on education, entrepreneurship, and community empowerment in Africa and the diaspora. With a strong background in both technical strategy and social impact, she is passionate about leveraging digital solutions to bridge resource gaps and connect underserved communities with opportunity. Serwaa is the founder of the Golden Boot Foundation, an initiative dedicated to providing African children with access to quality sports equipment and opportunities to pursue their athletic potential. She also leads a local civic initiative to establish a Youth Advisory Board, aiming to amplify youth voices in government decision-making and community development With a strong interest in coding and digital problem-solving, Serwaa strives to merge her technical skills with her commitment to social impact—building solutions that empower young people and promote long-term growth across communities.Serwaa’s commitment to innovation and equity reflects her broader goal of using technology as a force for progress and inclusion across the African continent.

Sirneh Asangwe Startup Coordinator Sirneh Asangwe is a behavioral science professional pursuing a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at The New School, where she also earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology. Her work focuses on how leadership, motivation, and workplace culture influence organizational success. Sirneh serves as an Intake Counselor at The Door – A Center of Alternatives, where she supports youth development, career readiness, and mental wellness programs. She has also taught English as a Second Language at St. Francis College and gained experience in client services and operations at Blink Fitness.
