    Nana Barwuah Founder/Chief Executive Officer Nana Barwuah is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Afrovest. A student of Politics at Princeton University, Nana brings a global perspective shaped by experience across finance, policy, and social innovation. Her work bridges investment strategy with community development, drawing on a foundation built at leading institutions and civic organizations. Nana’s professional background includes roles at the Federal Reserve Board, where she served as a Strategy and Financial Analysis Summer Analyst, and Macquarie Group, where she worked in Infrastructure Private Equity evaluating portfolio performance and strategic growth opportunities. She is an alumna of the Girls Who Invest program and has completed fellowships with the Civics Leaders Fellowship in Washington, D.C., and Project Destined in real estate investing. Beyond finance, Nana has served on the board of Girl Code Africa, where she helped expand digital literacy programs for young women across West Africa in partnership with organizations such as Google and Amazon. She has also contributed to international non-profits, including Sierra Leone Rising and Hospitals for Humanity, helping raise funds and awareness for education and healthcare initiatives. Nana’s leadership reflects a deep commitment to equity, global development, and sustainable investment. Her interdisciplinary experience continues to drive Afrovest’s mission to create opportunity through intelligent, impact-driven capital.

    Terrell Osei-kyei Board Terrell Osei-Kyei is a senior at The College of New Jersey pursuing a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a minor in Environmental Studies. His academic and professional interests center on sustainable infrastructure, hydrologic design, and environmental stewardship. As President of the Humanitarian Engineering Club, Terrell leads initiatives that connect engineering innovation with community development. He has served as a Resident Assistant, tutor, and active member of Theta Tau, Delta Tau Delta, and the American Society of Civil Engineers. His technical experience includes stormwater research under the Dean of Engineering, a sustainability fellowship with the PSEG Institute for Sustainability Studies, and an environmental engineering internship with Remington & Vernick Engineers. Terrell is committed to designing resilient, sustainable systems that positively impact communities.

    Hagop Alajajian Finance & Outreach Hagop Alajajian is an Engineering student at Princeton University passionate about artificial intelligence, automation, and venture technology. His work explores the role of emerging technologies in advancing education and innovation. Hagop has served as an Automation Engineer and Data Analyst Intern with the Foundation for Armenian Science and Technology, where he contributed to a national AI education initiative with Armenia’s Ministry of Education. He has also interned at Union Atlantic Ventures, supporting venture capital research, and at LowTech AI, focusing on applied machine learning and data systems. At Princeton, he was in the Entrepreneurship Club, the Energy Association, and the Armenian Society. Hagop brings a global, forward-looking perspective to the intersection of technology and social advancement.

    Taylor Gooden Board Taylor Gooden is a senior Computer Engineering student and Presidential Special Scholarship Recipient at Florida A&M University. Her professional interests include cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and systems automation. Following two internships as a Cyber Systems Security Engineer at Lockheed Martin, Taylor will join the company full-time after her graduation in May 2026. At FAMU, Taylor serves as Project Manager for Rattler Robotics and Telecommunications Chair for the FAMU-FSU chapter of NSBE. She is also a member of the Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society. In her free time, she enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering with the STREAM robotics club at the FAMU Developmental Research School.
